   Go to the Signup Page

   Web: Open www.roopayshoppe.com/signup
   App: Open the Roopay Shoppe app → tap Sign up on the Welcome screen

   Choose Country & Language

   Select your country (e.g. India) and preferred language (English / Tamil / Hindi / Arabic). The correct country dialling code (+91 for India) is added automatically.

   Fill Your Details

   • Full Name — as it appears on your ID
   • Mobile Number — just the local number (country code added automatically)
   • Email Address
   • Password — minimum 8 chars · uppercase · lowercase · number · special character

   Referral Code (Important!)

   Enter the referral code of the person who invited you — this links you permanently to the ME who brought you to Roopay Shoppe.

   💡 About the Referral Code

   • It is the Role ID of your ME (format: RMTxxxxxx)
   • Your ME shares this code / QR when inviting you
   • You can also use the platform default code: RY2526 if you don't have one
   • The referral code can only be entered at signup — not later
   • It is optional but highly recommended so your ME gets credited

   Accept Terms & Create Account

   Tick the checkbox to agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. Then tap Create Account.

   OTP Verification

   A 6-digit OTP is sent to your mobile number and email. Enter it within 5 minutes. After verification you are taken to the Getting Started guide.

   Open the Login Page

   Web: www.roopayshoppe.com/login
   App: Open app → tap Log in

   Enter Mobile or Email + Password

   Type the same mobile number (with country code) or email address you used at signup, then your password.

   OTP Verification

   A 6-digit OTP is sent to your mobile. Enter it to complete login. OTP expires in 5 minutes.

   You're In!

   You are taken to your Dashboard. All your wallets, roles, and orders are accessible from the navigation.

Your Business Wallet (BW) is your earning engine on Roopay Shoppe. It holds your position in the share distribution cycle and grows with every transaction on the platform.

How to Check Your Business Wallet

   Web

   Login → click Wallet in the top navigation → select Business Wallet. You see: BW Available balance, BW Spendings, your position, and recent share distributions.

   Mobile App

   Login → tap the Wallet tab (bottom nav) → tap Business Wallet card. Swipe down to refresh your balance.

How to Activate Business Wallet

1. 1Buy an Akshaya Coupon (₹1,000) — go to /akshaya on web or Akshaya tab on app
2. 2Get a BW activation code (BW-XXXXXX) from your ME — codes are FREE
3. 3Go to Profile → My Roles → Activate a Code → enter BW-XXXXXX code
4. 4Complete eSign (Aadhaar OTP verification) when prompted
5. 5Done — your BW position is active and share distribution starts next cycle

How Share Distribution Works

How to Withdraw from BW

1. 1Complete KYC — submit PAN, Aadhaar, and bank account details
2. 2Go to Wallet → Business Wallet → Withdraw
3. 3Enter amount (minimum ₹100) — TDS is deducted automatically (0.1% for sellers/MF, 2% for ME)
4. 4Request is processed — credited to bank within 2–3 business days

Step-by-Step: Activate ME on Web

   Buy Akshaya Coupon

   Go to /akshaya → tap Buy Coupon → pay ₹1,000 via UPI / Card / BV wallet → coupon is instantly credited.

   Get ME Code

   Contact your senior ME (or support@roopayshoppe.com) and ask for an ME activation code. Format: ME-XXXXXX. Code is FREE.

   Go to Profile → My Roles

   Click your name/avatar at top-right → Profile → select My Roles tab → tap Activate a Code.

   Select Role Type & Enter Code

   Choose ME from the role type dropdown, then type or paste your ME-XXXXXX code and tap Activate.

   eSign (Aadhaar OTP Verification)

   Enter your Aadhaar number and the OTP sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile. This is required by Indian law (IT Act 2000 §5) for digital agreement.

   Done! Your ME Role is Active

   You receive an ME Role ID (RMTxxxxxx). The ME Portal appears in your navigation immediately.

Step-by-Step: Activate ME on Mobile App

   Buy Akshaya Coupon

   Tap Wallet tab → scroll to Akshaya Coupon banner → tap Buy → pay ₹1,000.

   Get ME Code from Your Senior ME

   Ask your ME for a free ME-XXXXXX code.

   Go to Profile → My Roles

   Tap Profile (bottom-right) → scroll to My Roles card → tap Activate Code.

   Enter Code & Confirm

   Choose ME role type, enter code → tap Activate → confirm with password + OTP.

   eSign

   Complete Aadhaar OTP verification when the eSign screen appears.

   ME Portal Unlocked

   The ME section appears in the app navigation. Your Role ID (RMTxxxxxx) is shown in My Roles.

My Codes — Generate & Share

Web: /me/codes  |  App: ME → My Codes

• •Generate BW codes (BW-XXXXXX) — give to users to activate their Business Wallet
• •Generate role codes — SL (Seller/Biller/Delivery/LP), SV (Street Vendor/Farmer), ME (new ME), MF (Manufacturer)
• •Each code can only be used once — the person who CLEARS the code earns the salary
• •Track status of each code: Generated → Pending → Cleared
• •Share codes via WhatsApp, QR, or copy link
• •1 code cleared = 1,000 BV added to your monthly target

Salary — View & Withdraw

• •View monthly salary records with exact amount credited each month
• •See codes cleared per month and the corresponding salary earned
• •Download salary slip (PDF) for any month
• •Salary is auto-credited to ME Wallet on 1st of each month
• •TDS (2% Section 194H) is deducted before paying salary above ₹20,000/year

Referral QR — Your Personal Invite Link

Web: /me/qr  |  App: ME → Referral QR

• •Your unique referral link contains your ME Role ID (RMTxxxxxx)
• •Anyone who signs up using your link has your referral code auto-filled
• •Anyone who signs up via your link is permanently linked to you as your referral
• •Share via WhatsApp, copy link, or show the QR code for in-person signups
• •No limit on referrals — grow your network freely

Recharge — Top Up Your Users

Web: /me/recharge  |  App: ME → Recharge

• •As an ME you can add Roopay BV to any user's wallet directly from your ME Wallet
• •Enter the user's mobile number and amount to recharge
• •Useful when users want to top up their wallet using cash — you receive cash and transfer BV digitally
• •No 5% platform charge on internal ME-to-user recharges

Withdraw — Send ME Wallet to Bank

• •Withdraw from ME Wallet to your linked bank account
• •KYC must be verified — submit PAN + bank account
• •TDS 2% (Section 194H) deducted automatically above ₹20,000/year
• •No TDS below ₹20,000/year annual earnings
• •No PAN: 20% TDS applies — always link PAN to save tax
• •Only one withdrawal at a time — new withdrawal allowed only after previous is credited
• •Processing time: 2–3 business days

Yearly Renewal — Keep ME Active Every Year

   Buy Akshaya Coupon (₹1,000)

   Each yearly renewal requires one Akshaya Coupon — same as activation.
2. 2

   Get a Renewal Code from Any ME

   Contact any ME and ask for a renewal code. Codes are FREE.
3. 3

   Enter Code in ME → Renew

   Go to /me/renew on web or ME → Renew in app → enter the code → your account extends by 365 days.
